If you’re heading overseas, taking a holiday or just won’t be around to receive your wine order, flick us a note via our La Violetta Wine Club Member Contact Form, and let us know the dates to hit pause and to unpause.

You can. There’s no lock-in and no hard feelings. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. Just flick us a note via our La Violetta Wine Club Member Contact Form and tell us what date you need to cancel from.

Payment is taken automatically using the card you provide at checkout. Your card will be charged at the frequency you choose (every 1, 3 or 6 months), just before each shipment is sent. We’ll always give you a heads-up beforehand.

Of course. Tastes change. If you’d like to move between clubs, just get in touch via our La Violetta Wine Club Member Contact Form before your next billing date and we’ll sort it out.

Yes - and it’s a good one. Enter the recipient’s delivery details at checkout and add a note if you’d like it marked as a gift. If you need a hand, we’re happy to help.

When you add the wine club subscription to your cart, you’ll be prompted to fill out a form telling us what your favourite drops are. From there, we’ll build you your custom subscription.
A few important details:
1. Wine selection. Wines shown on this page are indicative only. Due to the small-batch and seasonal nature of our wines, the exact bottles included in your shipment may vary.
For AJ Mix, Classic and Offbeat memberships, selections are curated by La Violetta based on availability and style.
For Choose Your Own memberships, you’ll be invited to select your wines before each shipment. If no changes are made, your previous selection will be sent.
2. Billing & payments. By joining the La Violetta Wine Club, you authorise us to automatically charge your nominated payment method at the frequency you selected (every 3, 6 or 12 months). Billing occurs prior to each shipment. You’ll receive an email reminder before your card is charged. If a payment fails, we’ll attempt to process it again and notify you to update your details.
3. Pricing & discounts. Wine Club pricing reflects exclusive member discounts (10% off RRP for Choose Your Own Club; and 15% off RRP for Classics, Offbeat and AJ’s Mix Clubs. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
4. Shipping. Wine Club shipments include free metro shipping. Regional shipping rates may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.
5. Changes, pausing & cancellations. You can update your delivery address, payment details, pause or cancel your membership at any time by contacting hello@laviolettawines.com.au. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, changes must be made before the next billing date.
6. Minimum commitment. There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next billing date.
7. Stock availability. All Wine Club shipments are subject to availability. In the event a wine becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a wine of equal or greater value and similar style.
8. Age requirement. By purchasing a Wine Club membership, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in Australia.
9. Member communications. By joining the Wine Club, you agree to receive Wine Club-related emails, including shipment notifications, selection reminders, and member-only offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
