Six of our wines recently found themselves in Young Gun of Wine Deep Dive tastings, where a formidable group of experts swirled, sniffed, sipped and had plenty to say.
Across the lineup, the wines were described as everything from “soft-spoken but full of charm” and “vibrant and dangerously drinkable” to “pop music in chilled red form.”
We’ll take it.
Each of these wines was selected as among the very best examples in Australia for their category. To celebrate, we’ve gathered them together into two limited edition mixed packs, so you have the chance to try them all:

2024 Das Sakrileg (Riesling)
"This wine is a practice in balance! Intense on the nose - brimming with Key lime flesh, Makrut lime pith, sorrel flowers, riverbed stones, raw almonds, macadamia nut, and honeysuckle. The palate is textured and waxy, centred around a core of fresh white peach, brioche, and hay flavours. It finishes hauntingly long…”
2023 Two or Three Pinos (Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Meunier)
"Almost a ramato vibe here - a coppery orange tinge in the glass. Smells like Campari and Aperol with some blood orange squeezed through it. Drain the bottle with a friend on a balmy Friday evening, and you'll have a great time doing so - an all-round crowd pleaser.”
2026 Lounge Chill (Grenache)
“It screams summer and fun to me. It has a vibrant acidity, great energy, good length - and, despite its sweeter fruit profile, is fruit-forward without being overly simplistic. This is very much pop music in chilled red form - playing all of your summer hits.”
2024 Yé-Yé Rouge (Pinot Noir, Syrah, Pinot Meunier)
“Tingly spice and medium weight fruit, showing black plums and hints of red liquorice. What really makes this compelling is the structure - those furry tannins act like a frame to the wine, holding everything in place perfectly. It feels like a wine for a dimly-lit bistro or candle-lit bar.”
2025 Fric Frac (Cabernet Franc)
“The palate stays bright and crunchy, alive with primary fruit and fresh acidity that gives shape and swagger in equal measure. Vibrant and dangerously drinkable, this is cabernet franc with charm, tension and plenty of personality.”
