Drawn from five different wild fermented parcels, with skin contact ranging from 5 days to 4 weeks and extended time on lees. No adds except sulphites, just before bottling. All you need to do is get the juice and cut loose.
Get into the aromatics - sweet tropicale perfume, citrus zest and coastale herbes sauvages. The palate is fresh and vibrant with juicy textural yum and a gentle mineral phenolic drive.
