Fermentation: Grüner Veltliner and Riesling picked and whole bunch pressed seperately, then wild fermented in small stainless steel barrels and seasoned French hogsheads in a cool cellar. These two varieties complement each other perfectly, both in their aromatics and textures.
Tasting: Fresh citrus and spice, almond and lime blossom; mineral phenolics, soft barrel ferment and lees textures with crunchy acidity.
