This wine comes from just ten short rows on a gemtly north-sloping block in Denmark’s cool-climate Scotsdale Valley. Here, Meunier finds its sweet spot: balancing vibrant acidity with ripe, aromatic fruit.
The 2025 vintage gave us a steady, mild-to-warm ripening season - ideal for building flavour while holding onto freshness. The fruit was 90% destemmed whole berries, with a few buckets of whole bunches in the mix, managed with gentle hand plunging. The result is a wine that’s bright, spiced, and deeply moreish. Bright and delectable.
