Vintage: 2023
Tying up loose ends of Zibibbo and Cab Franc in a hot-to-trot, sluicable summertime blend - a bright, light red that’s willin’ for a chillin’. Drawn from two different parcels, each with seven days skin contact and time on fine lees post-ferment for extra texture. No additions except minimal sulphites just before bottling. All you need to do is get the juice and cut loose.
Get into the aromatics - pretty muscat florals, bright raspberry and cranberry. The palate is full-flavoured with textural goodness and gentle acidity.

Vintage: 2024
Tasting notes: Fresh! Fresh! Fresh! Bursting with orchard aromas - think floral notes, green apple, and a zesty mandarin-yuzu vibe. A subtle blush from the Muscat skin contact adds extra appeal. The fizz is fine and gentle thanks to a long, slow wild ferment and time on lees, giving the palate lovely mouth-filling texture. Just a touch of residual sugar balances the natural acidity and phenolics, while the finish is bright, clean and mineral. Made for sunny afternoons, good company, and pure, easy-going pleasure.
Winemaker’s notes: Happy Nat started back in 2019 when Brisbane’s Happy Boy restaurant asked us to make them something small-batch and special. The idea? Great Southern Riesling with a cheeky little kick of Muscat. Edition number 7 keeps that same spirit alive - vibrant, aromatic, and seriously drinkable.
The Riesling is sourced from a site in the hills west of Mount Barker, picked early to lock in that crisp, natural acidity. Grapes get overnight skin contact for extra flavour before pressing to tank with no additions, allowing gentle oxidation for natural fining. That juice is then combined with lees from our Patio Nat to kick off fermentation.
It all ferments wild and slow over a couple of months, before going straight to bottle at just the right moment to trap the fizz. This 2025 release is undisgorged and well-behaved when opened - naturally cloudy, with light sediment and tartrate crystals left in the bottle as part of the honest package.
Unfined, unfiltered, and all about pure, happy drinking.

Tasting notes: All the juicy aromatics you could hope for - think bright red berries, wildflowers, and a little earthy funk from whole bunch ferment. It’s light and vibrant on the palate, with just enough scratchy grip to keep things interesting. Delicate, yes. Rambunctious? Also yes. This is the kind of wine that doesn’t ask much - just that you lay back, press play, and enjoy the ride. Chill it hard. Drink it often.
Winemaker’s notes: Grenache (and friends) from Geographe, made with maximum drinkability and minimum fuss in mind. Whole berries, a touch of whole bunch, wild fermented for texture and bounce. Pressed early, aged gently, bottled fresh. This is The Divine Chill. A wine made for reclining, for watching the world get weirder while you stay fabulous. Whether you’re on the couch, on the lawn or on your last nerve - this one’s got your back.

Payment is taken automatically using the card you provide at checkout. Your card will be charged at the frequency you choose (every 1, 3 or 6 months), just before each shipment is sent. We’ll always give you a heads-up beforehand.

When you add the wine club subscription to your cart, you’ll be prompted to fill out a form telling us what your favourite drops are. From there, we’ll build you your custom subscription.
A few important details:
1. Wine selection. Wines shown on this page are indicative only. Due to the small-batch and seasonal nature of our wines, the exact bottles included in your shipment may vary.
For AJ Mix, Classic and Offbeat memberships, selections are curated by La Violetta based on availability and style.
For Choose Your Own memberships, you’ll be invited to select your wines before each shipment. If no changes are made, your previous selection will be sent.
2. Billing & payments. By joining the La Violetta Wine Club, you authorise us to automatically charge your nominated payment method at the frequency you selected (every 3, 6 or 12 months). Billing occurs prior to each shipment. You’ll receive an email reminder before your card is charged. If a payment fails, we’ll attempt to process it again and notify you to update your details.
3. Pricing & discounts. Wine Club pricing reflects exclusive member discounts (10% off RRP for Choose Your Own Club; and 15% off RRP for Classics, Offbeat and AJ’s Mix Clubs. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
4. Shipping. Wine Club shipments include free metro shipping. Regional shipping rates may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.
5. Changes, pausing & cancellations. You can update your delivery address, payment details, pause or cancel your membership at any time by contacting hello@laviolettawines.com.au. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, changes must be made before the next billing date.
6. Minimum commitment. There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next billing date.
7. Stock availability. All Wine Club shipments are subject to availability. In the event a wine becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a wine of equal or greater value and similar style.
8. Age requirement. By purchasing a Wine Club membership, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in Australia.
9. Member communications. By joining the Wine Club, you agree to receive Wine Club-related emails, including shipment notifications, selection reminders, and member-only offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
